Important: Our competitions are not open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the European Union/European Economic Area, or the United States.

- Verify your eligibility (including linking to your TabTrade trading account).

- Name, email address, country of residence.
- Discord username or other social handles (if required for entry).
- Marketing preferences.
2. Information we receive from partners (e.g. TabTrade):
- Trading account ID (demo or live).
- Account verification/KYC status.
- Trading performance and results relevant to competitions.
3. Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device details, operating system.

If information is incomplete
If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to register you for competitions.
Age restrictions
Competitions are only open to individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

- Compare Forex Brokers Pty Ltd – for related marketing and promotional purposes.
- Third-party providers – such as advertisers, marketing platforms, analytics providers, hosting services, and operational support.
- Regulators or enforcement agencies – where required by law.
We take reasonable steps to ensure these parties safeguard your information, but their handling of data will also be subject to their own privacy policies.
